Job Summary

Seeking Experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee the financial operations for the assigned region or entity. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and accounting lifecycle, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements, and driving the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and play a critical role in accounting, reporting and audit coordination.
  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual General Ledger (GL) financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for assigned region/entities.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and management of month-end close processes and deliverables.
  • Supervise and mentor the finance team by managing workload distribution, reviewing outputs, and providing guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage the end-to-end financial operations of the country, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
  • Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and other general accounting tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Support ad hoc financial reporting requests and analysis as needed.
  • Coordinate audit preparations, including liaising with auditors to provide necessary information for tax filings, local statutory audits, and global audits.
  • Ensure robust financial accounting systems and processes are in place to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful management reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, to drive strategic initiatives and optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with all global finance policies, procedures, and accounting principles.
  • Ensure adherence to the annual compliance calendar and timely reporting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships across all levels of the organization and with onshore engagement teams and functional leaders.

Education & Experience

  • Qualified CA/CPA with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in Controllership/Accounting function.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle finance and accounting functions within a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local statutory reporting requirements, and global accounting policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a finance team.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and audit coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP and accounting software systems.
