Control Team Executive

As a Control Team Executive at NVS Travel Solutions, your role involves being well-versed in transport management applications such as Routematic/ Moveinsync and having a background in monitoring, process adherence, and reporting. You will be required to work in shifts - either from 6 am to 3 pm for the first shift or 2 pm to 11 pm for the second shift. Even freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring day-to-day operations of the site - Vehicle tracking and incident communication to management, clients, and commuters/guardians - Real-time system updates - Managing driver/attender/vehicle changes - Implementing any changes/modifications to routes/child/commuter using transport - Regular system updates - Trip scheduling - Conducting new employee/vehicle induction (including GPS and camera) - Ensuring upkeep of vehicles (including GPS and camera) and employee statutory compliance - Reporting and analysis including log-in/log-out reports, attendance reports, breakdown reports, mileage reports, diesel filling reports, maintenance escalations, checklist verification of trips undertaken by drivers, and ground team performance reports Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel - Good oral and written communication skills in English and Kannada About The Company: NVS Travel Solutions caters to over 30+ schools and corporations with thousands of employees and parents, totaling over 20000+ users.
