Execute MCA/RCSA activities, risk identification, KPI monitoring. Perform control testing, attestations, and issue remediation.

Execute
MCA (Management Control Assessment)
and
RCSA (Risk & Control Self-Assessment)
activities in line with organizational risk frameworks.
Identify, assess, and document
operational risks
, control gaps, and remediation actions.
Perform
control testing
, validations, and effectiveness assessments across processes and systems.
Monitor
Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
and
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
to proactively identify control weaknesses.
Manage
control attestations
, ensuring timely and accurate completion by stakeholders.
Track, validate, and support
issue remediation
, ensuring closure within defined timelines.
Collaborate with business, IT, audit, and compliance teams to strengthen the control environment.
Support internal and external
audit activities
, including evidence collection and issue resolution.
Prepare risk dashboards, reports, and management summaries for senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Continuously improve control execution processes and risk assessment methodologies.
