Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development

Design, configure, and develop Xceptor workflows, templates, rules, and automation modules.
Build data ingestion processes using Xceptor Connectors (e.g., APIs, SFTP, email, databases).
Develop and optimize data transformation, enrichment, validation, and exception-handling logic.
Create reconciliation solutions for multi-source data comparison and break identification.

Technical Delivery & Support

Perform requirement analysis and convert business needs into technical specifications.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning of Xceptor workflows.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Maintain documentation for workflows, data mappings, and processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with business analysts, operations teams, and SMEs to gather requirements.
Collaborate with QA teams to support test planning and defect resolution.
Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams to ensure smooth deployment and environment stability.

Compliance & Best Practices

Implement banking and regulatory controls within Xceptor solutions.
Ensure data quality standards, auditability, and operational controls are adhered to.
Follow SDLC, change management, and version control guidelines.
