Contracts Processor

As a Contracts Processor at Qualifacts Systems, you will play a crucial role in handling various contract documents and agreements. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing Service Change Forms, Statements of Work, Amendments, Vendor agreements, and other contract documents for Qualifacts Systems" three platforms - Developing, routing, and processing Customer Amendments as necessary - Conducting reviews and QA checks on Salesforce dashboards to ensure all contracts are processed and nothing remains outstanding - Maintaining Customer contract folders with proper naming conventions and saving all contracts - Providing detailed supporting documentation to internal teams, such as copies of contracts and usage reports for the InSync platform - Creating templates for New Logos and Renewals for other analysts - Performing other duties and ad-hoc analysis as assigned - Being able to cross-train to serve as a backup for other functions within the group To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience - 1-2 years of previous related experience As a Contracts Processor, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLA deadlines - Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy in processes - Customer-first mindset with the ability to interface visually, verbally, and in writing while adhering to Contracts Department Core Values - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word - Comfortable working with enterprise software, specifically Salesforce.com - Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders in various departments Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.,
