Contractor (Product/ Application Support)

As a Customer Support Intern at Veradigm, your role will involve providing product support to customers through telephone, Internet, and other communication channels. You will be responsible for monitoring applications, infrastructure, and databases, assessing product or service issues, and resolving support problems efficiently. Additionally, you will maintain a log of product issues and relay customer feedback to the product development team.
