Job Description As a Customer Support Intern at Veradigm, you will be responsible for providing product support to customers through telephone and/or Internet channels such as instant messaging and email. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring applications, infrastructure, and databases, assessing and resolving product or service issues, maintaining a log of customer feedback, and effectively communicating with the product development team. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills and have a strong aptitude for analytical thinking and complex problem-solving. You should be prepared to work in US shifts within a 24x7 operational support environment. Experience in application, infrastructure, or database monitoring would be beneficial for this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience. Candidates who are in their final semester of undergraduate studies may also be considered. While prior experience is not mandatory, having 0-1 years of experience in functional or technical troubleshooting of products would be advantageous. This position requires minimal travel and the work is primarily conducted in a standard office environment with limited exposure to health or safety hazards. You should be willing to work on shifts or participate in after-hours rotations as needed. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience, or an undergraduate appearing for the last semester. Experience required is typically 0-1 year with a demonstrated competence in functional or technical troubleshooting of the assigned products. Travel requirements are minimal, and the working arrangements involve performing work in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
