Job Description

Position : Contractor Coordination Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and select reliable contractors for various construction projects

- Lead generation and contractor sourcing

- Evaluate contractor profiles, experience, and qualifications

- Ensure contractors meet project requirements and standards

- Build relationships with contractors and negotiate terms

- Manage contractor database and maintain records

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in construction or recruitment

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and build relationships

- Knowledge of construction industry and contractor management

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in construction management or civil engineering

- Experience with contractor management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
