Contract Technical Writer

In the role of a Technical Writer at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for developing structured and compelling proposal content for large, complex IT services deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Develop and structure proposal content for large, complex deals, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with client requirements. - Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to translate technical inputs into compelling, business-oriented narratives. - Create impactful executive summaries, solution overviews, and win themes that showcase differentiation and client value. - Ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all proposal documents and presentations. - Perform compliance checks against RFP instructions, client requirements, and internal governance standards. - Manage version control and document governance, coordinating timely reviews and approvals with stakeholders. In this role, you are required to possess the following skills and qualifications: - Strong technical writing and editing skills with proven experience in IT services proposals or large deal pursuits. - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. - Good understanding of AI-powered writing and design tools, and how to leverage them to improve proposal quality, verbatim alignment, visual appeal, and overall look and feel. - Expertise in proposal tools (e.g., MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams). - Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience working on Large TCV pursuits or global/multi-tower IT outsourcing deals will be an added advantage.
