The Specialist, Document Control in Research at Herbalife International plays a crucial role in Bengaluru by managing the seamless sourcing and analysis of documents from suppliers. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing documents using the Ingredient Document Checklist (IDCI/ IDCO) in Agile. Your duties will include overseeing document management projects for Inner and Outer Nutrition raw materials, maintaining sourcing databases, collaborating with Global Strategic Sourcing (GSS), and resolving customer needs efficiently. Additionally, you will manage raw material samples, support process improvement initiatives, and perform other assigned responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working with raw material vendors and contract manufacturers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, along with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be crucial. Moreover, you should be adaptable to change, a collaborative team player, and capable of expressing your viewpoints constructively. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, or Sourcing, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific field or equivalent experience.
