Contract Manager Sales

As a Contract Manager Sales at SMS India Pvt Ltd, your role involves analyzing key commercial/ contractual risks and providing mitigation strategies. You will be responsible for evaluating RFPs/NITs, identifying missing contractual provisions, and drafting contracts to protect company interests. Your duties also include preparing commercial offers, interacting with stakeholders on critical issues, and ensuring proper documentation of all customer communication.
