Contract - Legal Document Review

As part of the document review team, your main responsibility will be to review and analyze legal documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and responsiveness. This role is crucial in litigation, regulatory investigations, and compliance matters. Your success in this position will depend on your accuracy, efficiency, and understanding of legal principles. - Review, analyze, and code documents using e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, etc. - Identify and tag documents based on relevance, responsiveness, privilege, and confidentiality criteria - Apply project-specific protocols and instructions with precision - Flag important documents and provide summaries of critical findings when necessary - Collaborate with team leads or senior attorneys for quality checks and escalations - Uphold productivity, quality, and confidentiality standards throughout the review process - Support in second-level reviews or privilege log creation as assigned - Engage in team training sessions and stay updated on protocol changes Qualifications: - LL.B Graduate - Demonstrated excellent analytical and comprehension skills - Strong attention to detail and adept time management skills - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially under tight deadlines,
