Contract Graphic Designer

As a Contract Graphic Designer at Ailaysa and Chai Reader, you will play a crucial role in supporting digital marketing, social media, video content, and brand storytelling for two innovative platforms. Your attention to detail and creative flair will be instrumental in designing a wide range of visual assets that reflect a global, technology-centric aesthetic. **Key Responsibilities** - Design a variety of social media creatives such as static posts, carousels, stories, banners, and ads. - Develop event materials, standees, posters, thumbnails, and presentations. - Produce engaging short-form videos, reels, and motion graphics. - Edit videos with brand-aligned transitions, captions, and overlays. - Adapt assets for multiple platforms and formats. - Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. - Ensure timely delivery of designs in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 13 years of experience in graphic design for digital marketing or SaaS with preference for Agency or SaaS experience. - Strong portfolio showcasing social media design, print design, and video/motion graphics. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency. - Ability to create clean, modern, and minimal visuals. - Capable of quick iterations, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. - Experience with tech, AI, or publishing brands is considered a plus. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with two global-facing brands, exercise creative freedom, and contribute new ideas to campaigns.
