Role & responsibilities Retailer & Distributor Engagement: Meet with Retailers and Distributors virtually and through regular market visits as per the personal journey plan. Present and demonstrate Zivame products to Retailers and Fashion Advisers (FAs) deployed at outlets. Business Development: Expand the retailer network in the assigned territory to establish new business opportunities. Drive product visibility and availability across all assigned outlets. Sales & Performance Management: Review category-wise sales performance and take initiatives to achieve targets. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, orders, and market intelligence. Events & Market Activities: Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and territory-specific marketing events to promote the brand. Negotiations & Commercials: Negotiate contracts, margins, and commercial terms with Retailers and Distributors to ensure profitability.
