Contract Engineer

1. Contract Drafting and Finalization: Draft, review, and finalize work orders, contracts, and agreements as per the project requirements. Ensure that all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather input and ensure accurate documentation. 2. Contract Management: Maintain an organized record of all contract documents, amendments, and related correspondences. Monitor contract performance and compliance, and track milestones and deliverables. Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks. 3. Tender and Bidding Process: Assist in the tendering process by preparing tender documents and evaluating bids. Ensure that the scope of work, specifications, and terms are clearly defined. Coordinate with the Purchase and QS teams for accurate costing and budgeting. 4. Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to finalize contract terms. Conduct pre-contract and post-contract discussions to align expectations. Handle vendor queries and clarifications related to contracts and work orders. 5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all contracts comply with legal regulations and company policies. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and documentation related to contracts and work orders. Implement best practices in contract management and maintain comprehensive records. 6. Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with the Purchase, Contracts, and QS teams to understand project requirements and draft relevant contracts.
