You will be working at Carbon Check (India) Private Limited, an internationally renowned certification body dedicated to providing impartial and competent third-party assurance services for climate change projects worldwide, with a special focus on Africa and Latin America. The company is accredited by various organizations like the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), Gold Standard Foundation (GS), and others to offer validation and verification services for greenhouse gas emission reduction projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing Contracts and conducting contract reviews - Creating and sharing Tender and Price Quotations with clients - Ensuring timely follow-up on project proposals and addressing client queries until contract signing - Sharing countersigned contracts with relevant parties - Generating phase-wise invoices and following up promptly - Handling phone calls, taking messages, and ensuring timely actions on those messages - Assisting with presentations and project meetings as needed Desired Skills: - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential - Ability to manage multiple work processes simultaneously - Strong self and departmental time management skills - Proactive problem-solving approach - Good understanding of the company's objectives and values If you are interested in this position, please send your updated Curriculum Vitae, a letter of motivation, and your salary expectations to the Human Resources Department of Carbon Check at hr@carboncheck.co.in.
