Lead the administration, negotiation, execution, and renewal of vendor and client contracts in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Oversee contract lifecycle management, ensuring timely reviews, compliance checks, and renewals while maintaining accurate documentation and records. Develop and enforce operational governance frameworks, including process controls, performance metrics, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across all contractual and operational governance activities. Conduct audits, compliance assessments, and reporting to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Drive process improvements by analyzing contract trends and operational issues, optimizing workflows for efficiency and transparency. Serve as a key point of contact for governance - related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
