Job Title: Continental Chef Quezon Restaurant Department: Food and Beverage Service Executive ______ Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking continental dishes as per management’s recipes. Ensuring food is cooked to perfection and meets the desired taste and texture. Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are maintained. Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. Managing food costs and minimizing waste. Supervising daily kitchen operations and ensuring team efficiency. Skills & Qualifications: Experienced in the same field or from different field or fresher are preferred. Proficiency in preparing dishes and strong understanding of ingredients, flavor profiles, and cooking techniques specific to Continental food. Capable of managing multiple orders efficiently, especially during busy service hours. Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management from a recognized institution. Working Conditions: Fixed shift. Work including on weekends and holidays. Can take leave on other days of Saturday & Sunday. Other policies will be discuss during the interview.
