Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas. Support with inventory checks and stock rotation. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures. Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff if needed. Execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
