Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of various dishes and components as directed by senior kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
• Perform basic chopping, dicing, slicing, and other preparatory tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Participate in the preparation of mise-en-place for the day's service, ensuring all ingredients are ready and available for use.
• Assist in packing orders for delivery, ensuring they meet the presentation and quality standards of The Rustic Spin
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
• Exhibit a willingness to learn new techniques and follow the guidance of senior chefs.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Show flexibility and readiness to take on various tasks as needed to support the kitchen's operations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in a culinary role, preferably with experience in Continental cuisine.
• Skills: Proficient in creating and handling dough, crafting sauces, and preparing wings and toppings.
• Personal Traits: A proactive learning attitude, team player, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in the development and execution of menu items, particularly focusing on dough, sauces, wings, and toppings.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety as per regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and premises.
