As a Content Writer at Wishes and Blessings, a registered NGO dedicated to various causes such as education, nutrition, healthcare, skill development, and care for the elderly and homeless, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful content that showcases the organization's work, nurtures donor relationships, and boosts our online and offline presence. Key Responsibilities: - Write, edit, and proofread content for the NGO's website, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and reports. - Craft compelling storytelling pieces that highlight beneficiaries, impact stories, and events. - Develop donor communication materials including proposals, thank you letters, impact reports, and campaigns. - Generate content for social media posts, reels, and stories in line with ongoing campaigns. - Assist in managing the NGO's social media presence by creating engaging captions, storytelling posts, and campaigns. - Collaborate with the communications team to create content calendars. - Draft CSR proposals, presentations, and project reports. - Support content creation for events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns. - Stay updated on trends in the NGO/social sector to produce relevant and timely content. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. - 2 years of professional writing experience, preferably in NGOs, media, or communications. - Proficiency in English writing and speaking. - Strong storytelling abilities across various formats. - Familiarity with social media content writing and digital marketing trends. - Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Passion for social causes and empathy towards vulnerable communities.
