• Website pages and landing pages
• Blogs and thought leadership articles
• Social media content
• Email newsletters and campaigns
• Whitepapers, case studies, and product collateral

Research & Insights

• Conduct in-depth research on construction industry trends, lean construction, production planning, digital construction, and emerging technologies
• Translate technical concepts into clear, audience-focused narratives

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to build and execute content calendars
• Align content topics with audience needs, campaign goals, and the buyer journey

Editing & Quality Control

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand and style guidelines
• Ensure all content meets high standards of grammar, tone, and structure

SEO Optimization

• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and internal linking, to improve search visibility and organic traffic

Content Distribution

• Support content distribution across owned and third-party channels such as social media, email campaigns, partner platforms, and industry publications

Performance Analysis

• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools
• Use insights to continuously optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2+ years of experience writing B2B content for the construction, engineering, or SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, workflows, and project delivery concepts
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, engaging content
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO and content performance optimization
• Familiarity with social media and email marketing
• Experience using content management systems (CMS).
