The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content, uploading and formatting it directly in WordPress, and ensuring that its optimized for search engines. This role combines creativity with technical knowledge to help boost our online presence and drive organic traffic. Key Responsibilities: Write high-quality, original, and engaging content for the website, blog, and landing pages. Upload, format, and publish content directly on WordPress. Optimize all content for SEO (on-page SEO, keyword usage, meta tags, internal linking, etc.). Research trending topics, keywords, and industry developments to inform content strategy. Ensure all content follows brand voice, style, and tone guidelines. Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing. Conduct basic image editing (e.g., cropping, resizing) for blog or website posts. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaigns. Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and update content as needed. Requirements: 14 years of experience in content writing, preferably for websites or blogs. Proficient in using WordPress (Gutenberg or Classic Editor). Strong understanding of SEO best practices , tools (e.g., Yoast SEO, Rank Math), and keyword research. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Basic understanding of HTML is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with content strategy or editorial planning. Background in digital marketing or SEO content writing. Portfolio of published web content and blog posts.
