Content Writer - Team Lead

You will lead and mentor a team of content writers, providing direction, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient content production. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing content strategies aligned with the company's brand objectives, with a focus on the fashion and clothing industry. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and product development is essential to ensure that content supports overall business goals. You will be accountable for delivering content on time and meeting the requirements of various marketing initiatives across different channels like websites, blogs, social media, product descriptions, and email campaigns. Additionally, you will provide editorial guidance to the team to maintain error-free and high-quality content, meeting established standards for style and quality. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior will be crucial to inform content strategies. You will also measure content performance, utilizing analytics to optimize and refine content strategies for increased impact and engagement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of professional content writing experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership or team management role. - Demonstrated experience in the fashion or clothing industry is preferred. - Strong portfolio showcasing versatile and expert content creation for the fashion or lifestyle sector. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies. - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve content goals and deadlines. - Strong organizational and project management skills for multitasking in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
