Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and witty captions, hooks, and short scripts for YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
• Craft content in both English and Tamil, with cultural relevance and creativity.
• Stay up to date with trending formats, memes, and internet lingo to keep content fresh and relatable.
• Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to deliver content that drives engagement and visibility.
• Adapt tone and style for different platforms and audience segments.
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas for creators, influencers, and brand campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a content writer, copywriter, or social media content creator.
• Strong command of English and Tamil (written and cultural nuances).
• Creativity to write short, impactful, and attention-grabbing content.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quick turnarounds.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience working with influencers, creators, or brands.
• Knowledge of basic social media analytics and content performance metrics.
• Ability to ideate and contribute to campaign strategies.

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
