As a Content Writer / Social Media Manager at the company in Kolar, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Write high-converting ad scripts, ensure they are shot effectively, and track their performance. - Craft viral organic content, oversee the shooting process, manage posting schedules, and analyze performance metrics. - Take full ownership of QuitCis social channels, from generating ideas to achieving measurable results. The key skills required for this position include: - Proficiency in ad-copy and long-form content writing. - Basic knowledge of camera operation and on-set coordination. - Demonstrated track record with at least 2+ years of professional experience or significant growth in followers from 0 to 10,000+. Additionally, the following skills are considered advantageous: - Experience in running Facebook and YouTube ad campaigns. - Proficiency in video editing, particularly for Reels and shorts. Please note that this position is based in-office in Kolar, Karnataka, and relocation is mandatory. The salary range offered is between 25,000 to 40,000 per month, with additional bonuses of 20,000 for relocation and 20,000 as a joining bonus, paid after onboarding.
