Position summary

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates.



• Content Creation:

  Write high-quality content for our brands, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more



• Research:

  Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor content to ensure high-quality, relevant, and accurate output.



• SEO Optimization:

  Implement SEO strategies to enhance the visibility and performance of content, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization techniques.



• Brand Alignment:

  Develop content that aligns with each brand s tone of voice and messaging while being engaging and informative.



• Content Updates:

  Regularly update existing content to ensure it remains current, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.



• Collaborate:

  Work with the marketing, design, and technical teams to develop content strategies and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2+ years of proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or related role in a corporate or agency setting.


• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).


• Experience with social media platforms and their content strategies

Skills

• Strong Writing Skills:

  Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.



• SEO Knowledge:

  Practical experience in writing SEO-friendly content and understanding of SEO tools (like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).



• Creative and Analytical:

  Ability to balance creativity with data-driven content strategies.



• Adaptability:

  Ability to write in a variety of styles and formats for different audiences.
