Job Title : Content Writer Key Responsibilities : Researching industry-related topics to develop informative and engaging content. Writing clear, compelling, and well-structured content for websites, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to create content strategies aligned with business goals. Optimizing content for SEO to improve search engine rankings. Editing and proofreading content to ensure high quality, accuracy, and consistency. Ensuring content is aligned with the companys voice, style, and branding guidelines. Monitoring content performance and making improvements based on feedback and analytics. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, content best practices, and emerging tools and technologies. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role (2+ years preferred). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail. Knowledge of SEO best practices and how to apply them to content. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus. Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with social media management and content promotion. Knowledge of keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs). Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS for content formatting. Experience in specific industries (e.g., tech, health, finance) is a bonus.
