We provide end-to-end services for students aspiring to study overseas from counselling and admissions to visa processing, accommodation, and post-arrival support. Our mission is to guide students towards global education opportunities and build their careers abroad with clarity, confidence, and care. Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-focused Career Counsellor who can guide aspirants through their study abroad journey. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping students choose the right courses, universities, and countries based on their interests and goals. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students and parents. Understand students academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable programs and universities abroad. Explain admission requirements, application procedures, visa processes, and financial planning. Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal departments (Documentation, Admissions, and Visa Teams) to ensure a smooth student journey. Stay updated on global education trends, university intakes, and scholarship opportunities. Participate in seminars, webinars, and educational fairs to promote Global Minds Indias services. Achieve individual counselling and conversion targets as part of the overall business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters Degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in career counselling, student advisory, or study abroad services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must; knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Strong presentation and persuasion abilities. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Preferred Attributes Knowledge of admission procedures for countries such as Germany, UK, Ireland.
