The role involves working closely with our editorial and publishing teams to transform concepts into polished books.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write manuscripts for books and related projects.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and originality.
Collaborate with Author and project managers for content refinement.
Adapt writing style to suit different genres and author voices.
Contribute ideas during internal creative discussions.

Requirements

Bachelors/Masters degree in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1- 2 years of professional writing experience (books, articles, or content).
Strong command of English and/or Hindi (bilingual preferred).
Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling ability.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Advanced expertise in AI prompting and AI writing tools to generate, refine, and structure high-quality long-form content.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in publishing or ghostwriting.
Creativity with a professional approach to writing.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
