Responsibilities

? Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.

? Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the audience's attention.

? Research and write original SEO-ready content for the company website, blogs, articles,

publications, info-graphics, online communication, and content assets, including case

studies, emails, newsletters, social media, etc.

? Analyze, plan, create and write engaging and informative content for the target

audience.

? Create and develop business collateral such as news stories, articles, blogs, brochures,

presentations, etc., as outlined by the Senior Content Writer or Editor.

? Ability to write and handle content for E-commerce on various web platforms, add and

continuously update existing content, source images, and write image descriptions.

? Collaborate with other departments to create innovative and creative content.

? Understand the target audience.

? Create response templates on a wide range of process topics.

? Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels.

? Identify customers needs and recommend fresh content to address gaps in the

company's current content.

? The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? Adapt to the company's style of writing and editing.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field

? 1 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in writing/editing/publishing web-specific

corporate content, preferably for a B2B service company

? Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

? Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter or similar role

? Portfolio of published articles

? Experience doing research using multiple sources

? Familiarity with web publications

? Excellent writing and editing skills

? Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems

? Ability to meet deadlines

? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

? The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

? Effective communication skills
