As a Content Writer Manager at Dreams and Degrees EduTech Private Limited, your role is crucial in leading the content team to deliver high-quality, education-focused content that aligns with the company's goals and brand voice. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing a team of content writers, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring timely delivery. - Overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms. - Developing and implementing content strategies that align with the company's objectives and student needs. - Conducting research on the Indian higher education system, career opportunities, and industry trends to guide content direction. - Editing and proofreading writers' work to maintain accuracy, tone, and style consistency. - Collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams to create impactful content. - Monitoring performance of published content and optimizing based on analytics and feedback. - Ensuring all content is original, plagiarism-free, and adheres to brand standards. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. - 4-6 years of proven experience in content writing, with at least 2+ years in a managerial/editorial role. - Strong knowledge of the Indian higher education system and various career paths. - Excellent command of English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. - Hands-on knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization tools. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a content team. - Ability to balance strategy with execution and meet deadlines consistently.
