Job Description

(A) Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Writer to manage both content creation and social media presence for Lepton Software & senior management. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting engaging, business-focused content aligned with the company's strategic goals and leadership vision. This role bridges corporate storytelling, B2B marketing communication, and executive branding ensuring Lepton Software's leadership voice resonates across internal and external audiences.

(B) Key Responsibilities:

> Content Development

Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for blogs, case studies, thought leadership articles, presentations, and press releases.

Develop executive communication materials such as LinkedIn posts, messages, keynote speeches, and internal announcements for Lepton & senior management.

Translate complex technology and product information into clear, compelling narratives for target audiences (government clients, enterprises, partners).

Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to gather inputs and align messaging with business objectives.

> Social Media & Brand Management

Manage and enhance the social media presence of the company's leadership team (especially on LinkedIn and Twitter/X).

Create and maintain a monthly content and social media calendar aligned with corporate priorities and ongoing campaigns.

Work with design and digital teams to develop visually appealing and consistent content.

Track engagement metrics, monitor trends, and suggest data-driven improvements for content and social media strategy.

> Corporate Communication Support

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.

Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, employee engagement posts, and event write-ups.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support content planning.

(C) Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / Journalism / Mass Communication / Marketing, or a related field.

36 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or social media management, preferably in a technology or B2B company.

Excellent command of English and strong storytelling ability with attention to tone and accuracy.

Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics tools, and content performance tracking.

Experience using tools like Canva /Buffer /Hootsuite / HubSpot for content scheduling and publishing.

Understanding of corporate communication and professional social media etiquette for leadership accounts.
