Content Writer Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining

  user manuals, product guides, FAQs, and online help content

  .
• Support the team in drafting

  API documentation

  and updating product features.
• Work with developers and product managers to

  understand technical details

  .
• Simplify complex information into

  easy-to-understand content

  for both technical and non-technical users.
• Add visuals (screenshots, diagrams, flowcharts) to improve clarity.
• Maintain

  consistency in tone and style

  across documentation.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of

  MS Word, Confluence, or similar tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  Markdown / HTML

  is a plus.
• Basic understanding of

  software products or SaaS

  .
• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

  .
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
