Content Writer Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and write clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, website pages, case studies and social media
• Collaborate with SEO and design teams to optimize content for search and readability
• Assist in creating content calendars, topic ideas, and outlines
• Write technical and non-technical content tailored for CTOs, CEOs, and startup founders
• Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and alignment with brand tone
• Stay updated with content marketing trends and competitor content
• Work on content distribution strategies across LinkedIn and other channels
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and positioning

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital transformation
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research is a plus
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form content
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, and basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Prior experience (even college projects or personal blogs) will be an added advantage

Freshers:

• Stipend as Trainee: Upto ₹16,000 per month for the 4-month training period, including statutory compliances.
• Competitive Pay Structure:
• Post-Training Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA.

• Work Schedule: 5-day working week.
• Service Bond: An 18-month service agreement (including the 4-month training period) with refundable guaranteed cheques (which can be from a zero balance account) amounting to ₹1 Lakh.
