Role & responsibilities Conduct in-depth manual research to develop informative and engaging content for assigned localities. Review and refine AI-generated research to create accurate, comprehensive, and reader-friendly content for locality pages. Present a well-rounded view of each locality by covering its pros, cons, and future growth prospects. Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and structure across all content pieces. Align all written content with the brands editorial guidelines and standards. Collaborate closely with editorial and research teams to ensure factual accuracy and contextual relevance. Adhere to project timelines and deliver content as per the defined monthly scope. Preferred candidate profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in content writing or real estate-focused content. Understanding of real estate trends, terminologies, and buyer needs. Familiarity with SEO content practices.
