Job Brief: We are looking for a talented Content/Technical Writer to create high-quality content and documentation that enhances user experience and effectively communicates our product value. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and marketing teams to produce engaging, SEO-friendly content tailored to various platforms. Responsibilities: Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for user guides, product documentation, online help, and developer resources. Create high-quality, original content for various mediums, including websites, blogs, newsletters, emailers, social media, presentations, and corporate communications. Work closely with internal teams to understand product features, documentation requirements, and user expectations. Write user-friendly UI text, tutorials, and FAQs to enhance product usability. Ensure all content aligns with applicable style guides, business objectives, and marketing strategies. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor content to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and informative content. Assist in additional content creation as needed, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging. Requirements: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. Proven experience in content writing and technical writing, preferably for software products. Basic understanding of backup, storage, and cloud-based applications (preferred). Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences. Strong attention to detail, research skills, and adherence to deadlines.
