Roles and Responsibilities

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that reflects Hexnode’s brand values and messaging.

• Develop high-quality content showcasing the features and applications of our products.
• Write content for multiple channels including ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails, and more.
• Create copy that aligns with our brand voice and personality.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure consistency and error-free quality.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry standards to inform content strategy.
• Identify gaps in existing content and propose strategies to address them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and ideate new content.
• Take ownership of the content you produce and be passionate about your work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company (preferred).
• Ability to balance creativity with Hexnode’s core messaging.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-sufficient and capable of delivering polished content with minimal revisions.
• Strong research skills to support content development.
