About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Writer who can create engaging, SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands brand voice, can manage blog performance, and is comfortable using analytics tools to monitor engagement and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, original SEO-friendly content for blogs, website pages, emails, and social media that consistently reflects our brand voice and tone and improves organic reach.
• Research industry-related topics to deliver valuable and relevant content to our audience.
• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for search visibility.
• Monitor and analyze blog performance using Google Analytics, focusing on traffic, user engagement, and conversions.
• Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations for content optimization.
• Write compelling and persuasive copy for email marketing campaigns, Newsletters, PR.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines across all content formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years) in content writing or copywriting.
• Excellent command of written English, with a strong grasp of grammar, tone, and clarity.
• A demonstrated ability to understand, adopt, and consistently write in a defined brand voice.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics to track and interpret content performance.
• Ability to adapt writing style for both long-form articles and short-form copy.
• Must be based in or near Ludhiana and available for occasional travel/meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email marketing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media content and trends.
