Content Writer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Book Scripting Specialist to develop, review, and structure academic and professional content for management subjects. The candidate will be responsible for scripting high-quality, accurate, and reader-friendly content for textbooks, reference books, and practice materials in the field of Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop well-structured, comprehensive, and original scripts for Management books (theory, case studies, solved examples, and exercises).
• Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevance, and updated information in line with the latest syllabus and industry practices.
• Collaborate with editors, SMEs, and design teams for content flow and presentation.
• Simplify complex management concepts for easy understanding by students and professionals.
• Ensure content quality, plagiarism-free writing, and adherence to publishing standards.
• Review and proofread content for language, technical accuracy, and clarity.
• Prepare supporting materials like summaries, question banks, and practice exercises.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: MBA (Master of Business Administration) / M.Com (Master of Commerce) – specialization in Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations, or related field.
• Strong academic background in Management and Commerce subjects.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Skills & Competencies

• Content writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and research ability.
• Good understanding of management concepts, case studies, and practical applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience

• 0–3 years (Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
• Prior experience in content writing, academic scripting, or publishing will be an added advantage.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
