Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Writer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, and storyboarding.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage end-to-end training content and strategy.
Lead the content team, including SME, ID, GD, and Media.
Design and develop experience-based learning course content for business cases and organizational skill development.
Create learning products, including classroom interventions or digital content.
Collaborate with SMEs to understand and relate training objectives to organizational needs.
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements

Excellent skills in content creation, instructional design, and storyboarding.
Ability to manage a team of content developers and creative designers.
Strong hold on adult learning mastery and visual, oral, and written delivery methods.
Proven experience in designing learning content in an agile working environment.
Experience with gaming, video, or other emerging software is preferred.
Skilled in rapid course development.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Industry: Corporate Training and Consulting.
Qualification: B.A, B.B.A, B.C.A, Other Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma.
