Content & Visual Designer

Detailed roles and responsibilities Create and design high-quality visual assets, including website elements, social media posts, banners, emails, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials. Collaborate with content creators, writers, and marketing teams to create content that is visually engaging and aligned with the brand’s messaging. Ensure all visual assets are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity across all platforms. Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for both web and mobile platforms to enhance user experience. Design visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions that align with strategic goals. Work closely with marketing, product, and UX teams to ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and align with broader campaign goals. Maintain an organized library of design assets for easy access and reuse across projects. Stay up-to-date with current design trends and technology to ensure innovative design solutions. The profile of an ideal candidate At least 4 years of experience as a Graphic & Visual Designer, or in a similar role Experience in UI/UX Design is a must. Solid understanding of user experience and how design contributes to user engagement. Knowledge of web design principles and proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a must. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital content, social media visuals, web design, and more. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory and layout principles. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills. Past experience working in an early stage or Series A funded start up a big plus.
