PANHA is a safe, anonymous platform supporting individuals facing trauma, mental health challenges, and personal struggles. It is driven by a community of 10,000 peer supporters and a passionate team of 100 changemakers. PANHA provides four main services: an anonymous chat platform, a human buddy for peer support, an AI-driven 24/7 support model, and counseling therapy sessions. The platform addresses issues such as breakup trauma, family disputes, academic pressure, financial stress, anxiety, and depression. PANHA aims to decrease suicide cases and offers free support to individuals who have faced harassment or stalking.

Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Content Strategist. The Content Strategist will be responsible for formulating content strategies, managing content, developing content, and writing web content. The strategist will also collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with PANHA's mission and goals, while engaging and supporting the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in Content Strategy, Content Management, and Content Development
• Skills in Web Content Writing and Writing
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of mental health issues and empathy for individuals in distress is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field is advantageous
