Job Description

As a Content Strategist at SuperBottoms, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the overall content vision for the brand. Your responsibilities will involve blending creativity, strategy, and performance to effectively communicate the brand story across various platforms. You will lead a team of writers and collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and performance teams to create engaging and conversion-driven content. Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute the brand's content strategy, focusing on tone, voice, and visual direction. - Develop brand storytelling frameworks and ensure consistent messaging across different channels such as the website, social media, packaging, and campaigns. - Create product storytelling frameworks and briefs that emphasize unique selling points, benefits, and emotional connections. - Lead the cataloging content strategy in partnership with the E-commerce team, including titles, bullets, A+ content, and visuals. - Guide the creation of performance-led content, both static and video, based on personas, trends, and campaign objectives. - Analyze content performance metrics to refine messaging based on insights and data. - Manage and mentor a team of copywriters, fostering collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals. - Drive the development of monthly content calendars and conceptualize campaign ideas for brand and performance channels. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience in content strategy, brand communication, or digital marketing (D2C experience preferred). - Proficient in storytelling, brand-building, and performance-driven copywriting. - Experience in leading content teams and working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong understanding of content analytics and utilizing data for decision-making. Key Skills: - Strategic and creative thinking abilities. - Proficiency in storytelling and brand communication. - Capability to craft high-performing ad and sales copy. - Knowledge of digital content formats across various platforms. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high sense of ownership and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
