Content Specialist (Resume & Prompt Writing)

Job Overview

We are looking for candidates who are skilled English writers and have an understanding of technical writing. The role involves crafting effective prompts for content creation and ensuring the content is clear, impactful, and adheres to editorial standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Craft clear and effective prompts to guide AI in creating accurate, engaging, and professional content

2. Review and refine generated content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the document's purpose and requirements.

3. Conduct secondary research to gather relevant information and industry-specific terminology for various content items.

4. Work closely with cross-functional team peers to understand task objectives and refine content.

5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content, making improvements based on stakeholders' (internal & external) feedback.

Requirements:

1. Any bachelor's degree, preferably in English, journalism, public relations, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in MS Office and AI-driven writing tools.

3. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience are preferred.

4. Freshers with strong potential and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply.

5. Should be creative in thought and willing to change writing style to suit different customer & industry types.

6. We can also consider people with an HR background and an interest in writing.
