We are searching for a skilled and experienced content specialist to become a part of our marketing communications team, focusing on the healthcare vertical. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing leaders, writers, and designers to develop impactful healthcare-focused content that enhances engagement and reinforces our brand presence in the industry. The ideal candidate should possess both creative and analytical thinking abilities along with a solid understanding of the healthcare domain. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, editing, and publishing healthcare-specific content, as well as aligning closely with stakeholders to meet healthcare marketing objectives. Content in this context refers to multimedia articles, blog posts, white papers, social media content, web copy, images, videos, etc., tailored to cater to the healthcare audience's needs. Responsibilities: - Create, edit, and proofread healthcare-specific content with a focus on accuracy and relevance. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align content strategy and deliverables for the healthcare vertical. - Adhere to content and brand style guides while maintaining a strong focus on healthcare messaging. - Engage in brainstorming sessions with team members to generate innovative ideas and strategies for healthcare campaigns. - Manage content-related projects efficiently using appropriate tools to track progress and meet expectations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, healthcare management, or a related field. - Over 5 years of experience in content writing and strategy, specifically in healthcare marketing. - Thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and regulatory aspects. - Ability to create B2B content that resonates with healthcare audiences and encourages engagement. - Basic knowledge of digital transformation and technology in the healthcare sector, such as EHR systems, telehealth, and AI applications. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. - Experience collaborating with global teams. - Efficient multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced work environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with digital health transformation topics like cloud adoption, interoperability, and patient-centric care. - Experience in developing thought leadership content for healthcare executives.
