Content Specialist

As a Data Quality Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting customer data cleansing engagements with a focus on enhancing data quality for medical-surgical devices and supplies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and enriching transactional data elements according to defined standards, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data, and collaborating with the Product Operations Manager to address operational requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of processes and procedures that align with Content Operations goals and objectives. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in the healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology industry, along with a strong understanding of medical product functionality and terminology. Your ability to gather, review, and organize information from various sources, particularly related to medical devices and equipment, will be essential. Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you must demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent English comprehension and written communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, project management skills, supply chain knowledge, basic SQL experience, and familiarity with UNSPSC codes will be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a healthcare-related discipline, or possess equivalent work experience in fields such as biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or medical electronics. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Management, Healthcare purchasing, a clinical role, or other medical backgrounds will be beneficial for this position.
