Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Content Lifecycle Management Take ownership of the entire content production process from initial ideation and scripting to character development, asset creation (images/videos), final video output, and thorough quality checks. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with creative, technical, and production teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality content that aligns with project goals. 3. Quality Assurance & Creative Review Uphold the companys standards for content excellence by reviewing all outputs for style, quality, and consistency. Offer constructive feedback to help the team continuously improve. 4. Team Leadership & Culture Building Foster a creative, collaborative, and growth-focused environment. Encourage idea-sharing, innovation, and personal development within the team. 5. Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends, tools, and technologies. Proactively implement new techniques and workflows to enhance content production quality and efficiency. Requirements : Proven experience in the end-to-end execution of fictional video content, from concept to final delivery Fluent proficiency in Telugu, with a strong understanding of cultural context and audience sensibilities Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability in exploring and adopting emerging technologies, including AI tools Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong problem-solving approach
