Roles and Responsibilities Review and analyze content created by users on the platform, ensuring it meets community guidelines and standards. Identify and flag potentially harmful or inappropriate content for removal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving content quality and user engagement. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation, moderation, and review. Provide feedback to developers on features related to content management systems. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in content creation, editing, review, or strategy development. Proficiency in Spanish language (written) required; knowledge of English also necessary. Experience working with online communities or social media platforms preferred.
