Merchant Promotions Content - Associate

Merchant Promotions Content team is responsible for on-boarding the customer with Merchant Promotions and reviewing the content submitted by the merchant according to certain guidelines Google has created.

Here's a brief description of the major workflows involved with the role as well as the general skill set we're looking for:

Tasks/Roles & Responsibilities

Basic outreach to merchant POCs for onboarding setup
Make Merchant Center configurations

Reviewing the promotions submitted by merchants according to the editorial guidelines and if any promotion is not adhering to the guidelines, rejecting such promotions.

Reviewing the merchant website and doing the validation test whether the promotion merchant has implemented is working fine or not

Skillset

Familiar with e-commerce, retail and have some knowledge of Google Shopping
Proven excellence in judgment, problem solving, and analytical ability
Proven ability to multitask, meet strict deadlines, and maintain an eye for detail
Effectively escalate issues with clear communication
Quick learner and self-starter
English fluency including cultural and contextual nuances

Qualifications

Graduate

Familiar with g-suite

Experience

0-6 months will be fine. Freshers can also apply
